Full refund when cancelled at least 48 hours before departure.Full payment is required when booking a day tour.
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure are non-refundable.
If the operator cancels for any reason, you receive a full refund.
These standard terms do not limit any cancellation or refund right that cannot legally be excluded.
Approved refunds are returned to the same payment card or original payment method used for the booking.
The operator submits approved refunds within 5 business days after refund approval or after the operator cancels a trip. Your card issuer or bank may take an additional 5-10 business days to show the refund on your statement.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, no refund is available for cancellations outside the listed terms.
