Cancellation policy

Multi-day adventure cancellation policy

A 30% booking deposit is non-refundable after the eligible 48-hour grace period.

For eligible multi-day tours booked more than 90 days before departure, you may pay a 30% booking deposit or the full trip price.

The remaining 70% is due 90 days before departure. Bookings made 90 days or fewer before departure require full payment.

Bookings made at least 30 days before departure may be cancelled within 48 hours of booking for a full refund.

After the eligible 48-hour grace period, 30% of the total trip price is non-refundable, including when the trip was paid in full.

Cancel 60 days or more before departure for a refund of 70% of the total trip price.

Cancel 30-59 days before departure for a refund of 50% of the total trip price.

Bookings made or cancelled less than 30 days before departure are non-refundable.

If the operator cancels for any reason, you receive a full refund.

These standard terms do not limit any cancellation or refund right that cannot legally be excluded.

Approved refunds are returned to the same payment card or original payment method used for the booking.

The operator submits approved refunds within 5 business days after refund approval or after the operator cancels a trip. Your card issuer or bank may take an additional 5-10 business days to show the refund on your statement.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, no refund is available for cancellations outside the listed terms.
